To secure booking:

A 10% deposit was required to secure the booking by direct credit to our account or by credit card fee  a  fee 3.5% surcharge  will be added if pay by card.

The 90% balance is payable within 45 days before arrival date.

We recommend guests take out Travel Insurance to guard against lose of deposit.

Cancellation policy

You must notify us of cancellation of booking by email and receipt to be acknowledged by us. Booking can be cancelled free of charge before 45 days of arrival date.

A charge of 100% of the total cost is made for cancellations within 45 days of arrival date.

A charge of 100% of the total cost is made for cancellation within 1 to 14 days of arrival date.

A charge of 100% of the total cost for NO SHOW and early departure is applied.

We recommend guests take out Travel Insurance to guard against loss of deposit.

CHECKIN/OUT

Check in 12 noon, Check out 10am. Early check in /Late check out (within two hours of normal time) may be available on request for a fee of $50.

AIR CONDITIONING:

Studio Apartment: Fully Air conditioned.

Two and Three bedroom:

Our 2 &3 bedroom are not fully air conditioned. Air conditioning is provided in 1 bedroom only.

Do you offer airport transfer?

Airport transfers are available on request cost each way is $ 25.00 per person one way, except (a) 1 person =$30, (b) child under 10 yrs old= $ 10 & (c) no charge for infant on lap.

Servicing

Every after 3 days - change of linen and towels, sweeping of all rooms. Additional professional servicing is available at extra cost on request.

Air conditioning

2 & 3 bedrooms- only rear bedroom has air conditioned

studio- fully airconditioned

All room has ceiling fans(NB during the peak season the fans normally provide adequate ventilation).

Rental Cars and Bikes

Our manager can assists you in booking car rentals.

Kayaks

Kayaks are free to use.

Baby sitting

We can arrange a baby sitter to come to your apartment in the evening, please ask the reception.

Fishing Trips

A local deep sea fishing charter company can pick you up from our private jetty. Click here for more information.
